Individuals that cannot place their garbage at the curb because of medical necessity should call the County Hauling at 72 extension 2 to make arrangements for pick-up.Trash and Recycling should be placed at the curb no more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled collection time.The empty cans must be left open to dry and the lids left off for pick up. Liquid paint can be mixed with kitty litter, sawdust, or other absorbent material and placed in a double plastic bag and set out with the regular trash.Items containing Freon must have the Freon removed by a certified technician and properly tagged.
